THE ART OF WAR: DO NOT MISTAKE SILENCE FOR PEACE

Let me begin by making something perfectly clear: what I am about to discuss includes my personal observations, strategic analysis, spiritual discernment, and hypothetical questions. I am not declaring that I possess evidence of a covert operation, nor am I accusing any government of causing the death of any particular person.

But I refuse to surrender my God-given ability to observe, question, discern, and think.

Yesterday, I spoke about The Art of War. It is not a Christian book, and I am not presenting it as Scripture. But it contains principles of strategy that every watchman should understand.

A serious opponent does not always announce himself.

He does not reveal every weapon.

He does not strike everywhere at once.

He observes. He studies. He probes. He measures reactions. He searches for weaknesses. He tests systems to see what fails, how quickly it fails, how leadership responds, and how the population reacts.

Then he waits.

That is the part people do not understand about strategic warfare. The loudest moment is not always the beginning of the attack. Sometimes the beginning is quiet. Sometimes it looks like an inconvenience, an outage, a malfunction, a communications failure, or a series of isolated incidents that nobody thinks to connect.

One server goes down, and people shrug.

A cellular network fails, and people blame technology.

A 911 system goes offline, and people call it an unfortunate outage.

A healthcare or government system becomes unavailable, and everybody waits for it to come back online.

A major cloud provider experiences a disruption, taking other services with it, and people treat it as another aggravating day in the digital age.

But what happens when you step back and look at the larger picture?

Everything in our modern society depends on code. Banking depends on code. Communications depend on code. Fuel distribution depends on code. Hospitals depend on code. Transportation, commerce, utilities, emergency response, military logistics, and government operations all depend on interconnected digital systems.

Therefore, from a strategic standpoint, every disruption also reveals information.

How quickly did the system fail?

What else failed with it?

How long did recovery take?

Which backup systems worked?

How did the government respond?

Did the public panic?

Did people rush the stores?

Did they rush the fuel pumps?

Were officials able to control the narrative?

These are not foolish questions. These are the questions a strategist would ask.

I am not saying that every outage is a foreign cyberattack. Some outages are caused by ordinary technical failures, configuration errors, equipment damage, human mistakes, or overwhelmed infrastructure.

But I am saying this: believing that every incident is automatically innocent would be just as foolish as declaring that every incident is an attack.

Discernment requires us to avoid both extremes.

In 2023, I spoke about a vision involving Iran, China, Russia, and Cuba. That was three years ago. Since then, we have watched these geopolitical relationships become increasingly important. We have watched wars widen, alliances shift, military forces reposition, ships move, cyberthreats increase, and nations test one another’s resolve.

Meanwhile, Americans continue living as though nothing could ever reach our soil.

We have struck other nations militarily, economically, technologically, and politically. Whether people support those decisions or oppose them, it would be dangerously naïve to believe that our adversaries are not considering how to answer.

The principles of The Art of War teach that an intelligent opponent does not necessarily attack where you are strongest. He attacks where you are exposed. He creates confusion. He exploits division. He weakens confidence. He disrupts supply lines. He may attempt to exhaust a nation before that nation fully understands that a larger conflict has begun.

That does not always require tanks rolling down an American highway.

Modern warfare can target information, communication, banking, energy, transportation, public confidence, infrastructure, and leadership.

Senator Lindsey Graham died suddenly after returning from Ukraine, where he had recently toured a drone-production facility. Publicly available information has not established that his death resulted from foul play, and I am not declaring that it did.

But sudden events involving powerful people will naturally cause free-thinking people to ask questions.

That is not the same thing as making an accusation.

History has already shown us that governments have developed weapons and intelligence capabilities that once sounded like science fiction. During the 1970s, congressional hearings publicly exposed a CIA poison-dart weapon designed to fire a nearly undetectable projectile. That is not fantasy. It is part of the historical record.

Again, I am not saying such a weapon was used against Lindsey Graham.

I am saying that history should teach people not to laugh automatically whenever someone points out that covert technology exists. Governments possess capabilities that ordinary citizens may not learn about until decades later, if they ever learn about them at all.

Mitch McConnell has also been absent from public view while hospitalized, with limited public information regarding his condition. That does not prove anything sinister. But when influential figures disappear from view or die suddenly during intense international conflict, people are going to notice.

They are going to ask questions.

They have every right to ask questions.

Questions are not evidence, but neither are they forbidden.

The mature position is this: do not claim more than you know, but do not pretend that unanswered questions do not exist.

Iran is ancient Persia. Beyond the military and political conflict, I believe there is a spiritual dimension operating through nations, empires, ideologies, and systems. You cannot defeat a spiritual power with bombs alone. You cannot destroy an ancient principality with missiles, sanctions, drones, or aircraft.

Scripture tells us that we wrestle not merely against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness.

That means modern warfare may address physical threats, but the Church must also understand spiritual warfare.

You cannot bomb a spirit.

You cannot sanction a principality.

You cannot frighten an ideology that glorifies martyrdom by merely threatening death.

This is why the people of God must stop looking at everything through a purely natural lens. There are natural events, political events, military events, technological events, and economic events. But there is also a spiritual war unfolding beneath what the natural eye can see.

The Strait of Hormuz is not some insignificant channel on the other side of the world. Roughly one-fifth of the world’s petroleum liquids have historically moved through that chokepoint. A serious disruption can affect global prices and supply chains even when much of America’s direct oil supply comes from elsewhere.

At the same time, our Strategic Petroleum Reserve has fallen to levels not seen in decades.

Now place that beside international conflict, cyber vulnerability, aging infrastructure, supply-chain dependence, political instability, and the possibility of retaliation from nations that have spent years studying our weaknesses.

Then ask yourself whether this is the hour to remain careless.

When I preached about the shaking, I was not speaking only about earthquakes.

I was not speaking only about solar flares.

I was not speaking only about unusual auroras appearing farther south, volcanic unrest, fires, floods, destructive hail, severe storms, or objects falling from the sky.

I was speaking about a convergence.

A convergence of natural instability.

A convergence of geopolitical conflict.

A convergence of technological vulnerability.

A convergence of economic pressure.

A convergence of spiritual darkness.

A convergence of everything pressing together until the world reaches a tipping point.

That is where I believe we are now.

The summer of 2026 may become a summer people never forget.

That is not a declaration that I know every event that will happen. It is a warning not to become spiritually asleep or practically irresponsible while the pressure continues to build.

This is not the time to empty your shelves and assume you can always run to the store tomorrow.

This is not the time to drive continually on an empty fuel tank.

This is not the time to have no drinking water, no flashlights, no batteries, no medication plan, no emergency communication plan, and no way to care for your children if services become temporarily unavailable.

Preparation is not panic.

Wisdom is not fear.

Having water, food, basic supplies, medications, pet provisions, flashlights, backup charging options, and a reasonable amount of fuel is not an act of unbelief. It is stewardship.

Joseph prepared Egypt before the famine.

Noah built before the rain.

The wise virgins carried oil before the midnight cry.

God’s people have never been instructed to live in terror, but neither have they been instructed to ignore warnings.

Above all else, keep your spiritual house in order.

Pray.

Repent.

Forgive.

Turn away from sin.

Get your family covered in prayer.

Stop playing games with God.

Stop assuming that because judgment or warfare has not reached your front door, it never will.

Stop mistaking delay for cancellation.

Stop mistaking silence for peace.

A patient enemy studies before he moves. A deceptive enemy may test before he strikes. A divided nation may be weakened from within before pressure arrives from without.

And yes, there may be compromised people inside our own systems. History has repeatedly shown that governments recruit agents, cultivate assets, purchase information, exploit grievances, and use insiders. That does not mean we should accuse random people without proof. It means we should understand that infiltration and espionage are real features of warfare.

Those who follow Salvation Revolution Ministries need to hear me clearly.

I am not telling you to panic.

I am telling you to wake up.

I am not telling you to spread rumors.

I am telling you to observe carefully.

I am not telling you that every outage is an attack.

I am telling you that our infrastructure is vulnerable.

I am not telling you that I know why every public figure becomes ill or dies.

I am telling you not to surrender your ability to ask intelligent questions.

I am not telling you to fear Iran, Russia, China, Cuba, or any other nation.

I am telling you to fear God, walk in repentance, exercise discernment, prepare your household, and understand that the battle is greater than what appears on the evening news.

The world is being shaken.

Systems are being tested.

Nations are positioning themselves.

Spiritual forces are moving.

And the Church cannot afford to remain distracted, entertained, lukewarm, and asleep.

Keep your lamps filled.

Keep your household prepared.

Keep your vehicle reasonably fueled.

Keep water and necessary supplies available.

Keep your children close.

Keep your mind clear.

Keep your spirit clean.

And keep your eyes fixed on Yeshua.

Because the most dangerous moment is often not when the enemy is shouting.

It is when everything becomes unusually quiet, and an unprepared people convince themselves that the silence means nothing is coming.

One thing about me is that I watch, I study, and I do not speak lightly.

About a year ago, I believed the Lord told me that if anyone of real political significance or influence came to me and asked, I was not merely permitted to share what I had been shown. I was ordered to share it.

But no one came.

The right people never asked the ones who were truly sent. Instead, they surrounded themselves with voices that may have been impressive, polished, or politically useful, but were not anointed or sent from the throne of God.

And now, here you are.

I believe that had you listened, had you asked the right people, and had you humbled yourselves enough to seek a true word instead of the word you wanted to hear, there could have been an extension of mercy, perhaps six months to a year.

But you did not ask.

You did not listen.

You did not discern who was actually sent.

And now, here you are.
