Warning concerning a vulnerability.

To Those in Authority,

Last year, I delivered a warning concerning the vulnerability of our water infrastructure. Recently, Yeshua spoke to me again with a direct instruction: “Get water, and get lots of it.” I believe this warning deserves serious attention from those entrusted with protecting the public.

What I was shown was not simply a natural shortage or an ordinary equipment failure. I was warned about the possibility of foreign actors, foreign-backed entities, contractors, intermediaries, or compromised insiders gaining influence over critical water systems through digital access, infrastructure agreements, maintenance contracts, software systems, supply chains, financing arrangements, or emergency-response partnerships.

Modern water systems depend heavily upon computerized controls, remote monitoring, electrical power, treatment chemicals, pumps, communications networks, and outside vendors. That creates multiple points where a hostile actor could potentially interfere with treatment, pressure, distribution, testing, chemical levels, or public confidence. An attack would not necessarily look like an obvious act of war. It could first appear to be a mechanical malfunction, contamination event, cyber failure, staffing error, heat-related breakdown, supply interruption, or routine maintenance problem.

I am a servant of the Most High, and it is my obligation under that calling to issue His warnings. I am not speaking from personal authority or human accreditation, but from what I have been shown and instructed to deliver. I am asking the proper authorities to investigate whether foreign ownership, foreign funding, remote-access systems, outside contractors, cybersecurity weaknesses, or compromised procurement chains have created hidden vulnerabilities within Texas and American water infrastructure.

Please examine who has access to these systems, where the software and equipment originate, who controls remote credentials, who maintains treatment facilities, who supplies critical chemicals and replacement components, and whether emergency laws or private agreements could allow control to shift rapidly during a manufactured crisis.

Water is life. A disruption affecting drinking water would immediately threaten homes, hospitals, farms, livestock, fire protection, sanitation, and public order. This is too important to dismiss simply because the warning comes through spiritual discernment rather than conventional reporting.

There is also a deeper layer to what is unfolding. This is not only a matter of physical infrastructure, but part of an ancient spiritual conflict that has manifested throughout history in patterns of influence, deception, and control. These patterns are often described in prophetic language as connected to the spirit of Persia and related forces that operate through alliances, systems, and unseen pressures that mirror themselves in the natural world.

Water itself carries prophetic meaning. It represents life, purity, cleansing, revelation, and the flow of divine provision. It also reflects the condition of a people: when water is contaminated, it reflects corruption; when it is withheld, it reflects judgment or pressure; when it flows freely, it reflects blessing and stability.

This is why the instruction was given: “Get water, and get lots of it.” It is both a practical warning and a prophetic signal of preparation, discernment, and urgency in a time of shifting spiritual and natural conditions.

I am sounding the alarm so that those with lawful authority can examine the matter before a disruption occurs. I pray that this warning reaches someone willing to look deeper, strengthen security, restrict unauthorized access, audit outside partnerships, and protect the water supply entrusted to their care.

I have delivered the warning. What those in authority choose to do with it is now upon them.

Maranatha.

    1. Thank you for the warning General Coco. I’ve been listening to your warning for a long while now and heeding your word. Praise be to Yeshua! Curious, you usually sign your blogs as Coco, Heaven’s 12th General. But this time you signed as “Maranatha”. Why the name change and what does that mean?

The women says unto Him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
